    1. 2 dozen shrimp

    2. 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

    3. 3 large cloves caramelized garlic

    4. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    5. 4 drops Tabasco sauce

    1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Distribute shrimp evenly around a non-stick heavy bottom skillet. Place skillet on the hot grill and close the grill cover. Turn shrimp over after 4 minutes. Cook until pink and done.
