  1. Sunflower Seed Coleslaw Serving Size : 8

  2. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  3. 1/8 cup sesame seeds

  4. 8 cups cabbage, grated fine

  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

  6. 3 tablespoons canola oil

  7. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  9. 1 teaspoon honey

  10. 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener

  11. fresh ground pepper and salt, to taste

  12. Roast sunflower and sesame seeds in a dry skillet or toaster oven

  13. over medium heat. Stir or shake often. Seeds will brown and start

  14. 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix seeds with

  15. remaining ingredients. For best flavor, make a day or two in

  16. advance and refrigerate.
