  1. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  4. 1 pinch salt

  5. 1 pinch nutmeg

  6. 1 pinch cinnamon

  7. 3/4 cup light cream

  8. 2 tablespoons butter

  9. 1 pound cake fresh fruit

  1. Preparation : 1. In 4-cup bowl, combine sugars, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir in cream, and blend well.

  2. Microwave on High for 5 mins or until thickened. Stir in butter until melted. Serve warm with fruit and poundcake.
