500g tomato, roasted, peeled and cut into dice

1 tbsp lime or lemon juice

2 tbsp red wine

1 onion , cut into mince

1 tbsp olive oil

2 clove garlic, cut into mince

1/3 cup green pepper chili, cut into mince

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp oregane

little of coriander

pinch of pepper
