  1. 680 g ripe, fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced

  2. 2 cups sour cream

  3. 1 cup orange juice

  4. 1 cup pineapple juice

  5. 1/2 cup dry sherry

  6. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  7. 1 tsp. sugar

  1. Place the peach slices in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add the sour cream, orange juice, pineapple juice, sherry and lemon juice and blend well. Pass the soup through a fine strainer into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate the soup until ready to serve.
