  1. 1 8-oz.carton light sour cream

  2. 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  3. 1 Tbsp. drained capers, finely chopped

  4. 2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried dill or dried thyme, crushed

  5. 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel

  6. Finely shredded lemon peel

  7. Fresh dill or thyme

  8. Assorted vegetable dippers

  1. In small bowl stir together sour cream, yogurt, capers, the 2 teaspoons snipped dill, and the 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel. To serve, top with additional lemon peel and additional fresh dill or thyme. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes 1-1/2 cups (twelve 2-Tbsp. servings).
