  1. 1 1/2 cups unbleached organic flour

  2. 1/2 cup organic wheat flour

  3. 2 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 cup Wild Oats Sharp cheddar Cheese, shredded

  7. 1 clove garlic , minced

  8. 1/4 cup chives , diced

  9. 1 stick Wild Oats Organic Unsalted Butter

  10. 3/4 cup Wild Oats Organic Milk paprika

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the cheese, garlic and chives. With a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in the milk and fold together until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Using a tablespoon drop biscuits onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot from the oven.
