  1. Seasoned Pita Chips

  2. whole wheat or white pita bread

  3. flavoured olive oil (garlic, rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes) or use extra virgin

  4. salt

  5. herbes de provence

  6. 2 rounds, then slice into 6 wedges. Place

  7. triangles on ungreased cookie sheets. Brush olive oil on triangles.

  8. Sprinkle with salt and herbes de provence.

  9. Bake in medium oven until golden. Don't let them brown. Cool and store.

  10. Variation: Use garlic salt, chili powder, pizza spices, etc.
