  12. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Feta cheese

  13. 2 cups alfalfa sprouts

  14. 1 small cucumber, chopped

  15. 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  16. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  17. 2 pita bread rounds, cut in half

  18. 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together sesame seeds, cheese, sprouts, cucumber, yogurt and pepper.

  2. Spoon mixture into pita bread halves.

  3. Place tomato slice on filling in each bread half.
