  1. 7 oz Marshmallow cream; (1 jar)

  2. 1 1/2c Sugar

  3. 3/4c Evaporated milk

  4. 1/4c Butter

  5. 1/4ts Salt

  6. 1 1/2c Mint-chocolate chips;nestles

  7. 1/2c Chopped nuts

  8. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  1. + In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.

  2. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add Mint-Chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

  5. Add nuts and vanilla extract.

  6. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.

  7. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

  8. Cut into 1-inch squares.
