  1. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flaked lump crab meat

  2. 4 Hard-cooked eggs - diced

  3. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Blanched almonds - quartered

  4. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Finely-chopped celery

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Pickle relish

  6. 8 Ripe black olives - sliced

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sour cream

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Splenda

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Cider vinegar

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. Mix mayo, sour cream, Splenda, vinegar and salt to make dressing. Mix crab meat with next 5 ingredients. Add dressing to crab meat mixture and mix thoroughly. Chill.

  2. Serve in cups of lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges, or serve salad on tomato slices arranged on individual beds of lettuce.
