  1. 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked corned beef

  2. 1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained

  3. 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  4. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  5. 1 cup mayonnaise

  6. Snack rye bread

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with rye bread.
