  1. 4 To 6 boned skinned chicken breast halves

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry sherry or white wine

  5. 8 oz 227g Fresh mushrooms - (to 12 oz) - sliced

  6. Salt - to taste

  7. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch - mixed with

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  10. 1 cup 237ml Green seedless grapes

  1. Place chicken, butter, lemon juice, sherry, mushrooms, and salt and pepper in the crockpot Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

  2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and grapes during the last 45 minutes. (May be cooked on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, adding grapes the last 20 minutes.) Serve over rice.

  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
