  1. 1 c. sugar

  2. 3/4 c. butter

  3. 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  5. 3 eggs

  6. Baked pie shell

  1. In mixer bowl, cream sugar and butter for 4 minutes. Blend in cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each egg for 2 minutes. Scrape sides of bowl often. Turn into pre-baked pie shell. Chill several hours if you can wait that long, otherwise, it’s ready in 2 hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
