  1. 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar

  2. 1/3 c. flour

  3. 2 c. cut-up rhubarb

  4. 2 c. strawberries

  5. 1 1/2 tbsp. butter

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix sugar and flour; mix through fruit. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter and cover with top crust.

  2. Bake 40-50 minutes or until brown. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

  3. Can also use blueberries.
