  5. 2 tb Ginger marmalade

  6. 2 tb Orange marmalade

  7. 1/4 ts Salt

  8. 1 tb Chinese white rice vinegar

  9. - OR - Cider vinegar

  10. 1 tb Hot water

  11. 1 tb Fresh ginger, shredded

  12. COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS in a small bowl. Be sure

  13. to mix them thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to a

  14. small dish if it is to be used at once, or put in a

  15. jar and refrigerate until needed.

  16. This is a subtle and tasty sweet-and-sour sauce which

  17. can be used for any deep-fried foods, such as the

  18. Fried Wonton. It keeps well in a tightly sealed jar in

  19. the refrigerator. Makes 1/2 Cup --
