  1. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  2. 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter

  3. 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  4. 1 teaspoon dried chives

  5. 2 teaspoons dry sherry

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add garlic, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and chives; cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer translucent in the center, about 3 minutes.

  2. Add sherry and salt; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan over shrimp mixture. Serve warm.
