  1. 1 kg tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes cup water or 125 ml 1 teaspoon sugar

  2. 1 sachet MAGGI® Bolognaise Mix

  3. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  4. 1 teaspoons dried oregano

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  6. 1 teaspoons dried basil Pinch of salt, to taste Pinch of ground black pepper, to taste For the pasta:

  7. 4 cups water or 2 liters kg spaghetti teaspoon salt

  8. 50 g grated parmesan cheese

  1. Preparation In a food processor, add the tomatoes and mix until puree. In a saucepan, poor the tomato puree, add water, sugar, MAGGI® Bolognaise Mix , olive oil, dried oregano, fresh parsley, dried basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook the tomato sauce on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, bring salted water to boil in a large saucepan, add spaghetti and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until spaghetti is tender “al dente”. Drain the spaghetti and place on a warmed dish. Pour tomato sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
