  1. 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

  2. 3 tablespoons milk

  3. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 pound lean ground beef

  7. Ketchup

  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a large patties. Place in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve with ketchup.
