  1. 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans , drained

  2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  3. cup slivered almond

  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. In a frying pan, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add green beans and saute until wrinkly!

  2. Add almonds and continue saute-ing until the almonds start to brown. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.

  3. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, depending on the number of people to feed!
