  2. 4 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter

  3. 5 tablespoon(s) Worchestershire

  4. 1/2 cup(s) beer , ales or stouts, but lite will do 3 tablespoon(s) Cajun seasoning , Tony Chaceres 2 tablespoon(s) oil

  5. 1 cup(s) bbq sauce , Stubbs

  1. Rub ribs with Cajun seasoning and sear in hot pan.

  2. Place in deep roasting pan or slow cooker, with all other ingredients.

  3. Mix bbq sauce and 1/4 cup pan drippings and use as sauce.
