  1. 1 /2 oz. butter

  2. 1 /3 cup milk

  3. 3 /4 teaspoon horseradish relish

  4. 1 /2 teaspoon paprika pepper

  1. Melt butter and cheese in fondue pot over a very low heat. Stir in flour and then warmed milk and seasoning, stir until thickened. Add beaten egg yolk, cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and sherry. Serve with French bread cut into 1-inch cubes.
