  1. cabbage- 500gm

  2. coconut oil - 2 tsp

  3. mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

  4. black gram - 1 tsp

  5. dried red chilly (cut into 2-3 pieces) - 4 nos.

  6. salt - to taste

  7. turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  8. red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp

  9. coconut - 1 cup

  10. cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

  11. curry leaves - 2 sprigs

  12. garlic 2

  1. Crush the coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic.

  2. Put the vegetable in a pan and boil with salt and chillies.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan and saute 2nd ingredients.

  4. Add the turmeric and chilly powder, boiled vegetables and crushed ingredients.

  5. Mix well and serve hot.
