  4. 1/4 c Sugar

  5. 1 tb Cornstarch

  6. 5 c Peaches -- peeled, pitted

  7. And Cut into thick slices 2 c Blueberries

  8. 2 tb Orange liqueur

  9. 4 tb Melted Butter to grease dish

  10. For biscuit dough:

  11. 1 c All purpose flour

  12. 1 1/2 ts Baking powder

  13. 2 tb Sugar

  14. 1/4 ts Salt

  15. 4 tb Chilled butter -- cut into Tablespoon Pieces 1/3 c Light cream

  16. 2 tb Melted butter and sugar

  17. Whipped cream or ice cream

  18. Optional For the filling mix sugar with cornstarch and toss

  19. that with peaches and blueberries. Transfer them to

  20. the bottom of a lightly buttered shallow baking dish

  21. 9 or 10-inch round pyrex pie plate or 8-inch square

  22. 425 degrees. For the dough,

  23. in a food processor combine the flour, baking powder

  24. and salt; cut in chilled butter and process with cream

  25. to make a dough.

  26. Roll out to about 1/2-inch thick into a shape to fit

  27. your baking pan. Or cut into biscuits and set

  28. biscuits, touching each other over fruit. Drizzle

  29. biscuits with melted butter and sugar and bake for 40

  30. minutes or until biscuits are golden and fruit

  31. underneath bubbling. Serve hot, warm or at room

  32. temperature with cream or ice cream.
