  3. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  4. 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon dill weed

  7. 1 1/2 cups lobster meat -- finely chopped

  1. Beat cheese and wine until smooth and creamy. Blend in salts and dill; add lobster.

  2. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to mellow. Serve with crackers.
