  1. 1 kg shelled school prawns or shelled king

  2. 1 small onion,Olive

  3. 1-2 teaspoons curry

  4. 2 tablespoons Boiled

  1. Saute onion and curry in olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Mix the cornflour in a cup of water. Pour into pan to thicken.

  3. Once the curry mixture has started to bubble and is the desired thickness add the prawns and heat through.

  4. Serve with rice and a dash of lemon or lime.
