  2. 1 cup chopped zucchini

  3. 1/2 cup canned artichokes hearts drained chopped

  4. 1/2 cup fresh basil

  5. 3 oz roasted red peppers diced (equal to 1/3 cup)

  6. 1/4 cup minced onion

  7. 3 pitted calamata olives chopped (equal to 2 tablespoons)

  8. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
