  1. 2 rib-eye steaks

  2. 1/2 celeriac

  3. 2 green apples

  4. 1 red onion , finely sliced

  5. 1-2 tbsp creme fraiche or soured cream

  6. 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

  7. 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  8. 1 tsp hazelnut oil

  9. 1 lemon , juice only

  10. 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Place the celeriac, apples and onion in a bowl. Stir in the crème fraiche, mayonnaise and mustard.

  2. Squeeze over the lemon juice and season to taste.
