  1. 8 oz Angel hair spaghetti

  2. 1 T Olive oil

  3. 1 t Olive oil

  4. 1 1/4c Low-fat pasta sauce

  5. 1/4c Sliced black olives

  6. 1/2c Shredded non-fat

  7. Mozzarella

  8. 1/3c Chopped green pepper

  9. 1/4c Chopped onion

  10. 1/4t Italian seasoning

  1. + Prepare angel hair pasta as directed on package.

  2. Rinse and drain.

  3. Set aside.

  4. In 6-inch nonstick skillet, combine 1 teaspoon olive oil, green pepper and onion.

  5. Cook over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.

  6. Set aside.

  7. Het remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat in 10-inch nonstick skillet.

  8. Spread angel hair pasta in skillet.

  9. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned on underside.

  10. Turn pasta crust onto plate.

  11. Slip crust back into skillet browned-side-up.

  12. Reduce heat to medium.

  13. Spoon sauce evenly over crust.

  14. Top evenly with prepared vegetables and the olives.

  15. Sprinkle with cheese and italian seasoning.

  16. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  17. Cut pizza into wedges and serve.
