  1. 1 pound cooked canned salmon

  2. 1 cup mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons green pepper -- (diced)

  4. 2 tablespoons pimento diced

  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar

  7. 1 teaspoon horseradish

  8. 1 teaspoon chopped dried dill

  1. Preparation : Put mayonnaise, pepper and pimento into blender on low until smooth. Turn into bowl with rest of ingredients. Mix well. Chill. Serve with brown bread.
