  1. 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  3. 1 tsp baking power

  4. 1 tsp baking soda pinch of salt

  5. 1 egg beaten

  6. 1 1/4 cup milk

  7. 2 Tbsp butter melted

  8. 1/4 cup sugar

  9. 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp almond extract heaping

  10. 1/4 cup frozen raspberries heaping

  11. 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  1. Stir together the flours, baking power and soda, and salt. In another bowl, stir together the egg, milk, butter, sugar, and almond extract. Add to the flour mixture and stir only until smooth. Pour onto a greased griddle heated to medium heat and drop in the berries. Flip after bubbles are visible throughout the pancake, about three minutes. Cook through on the other side. Yield: serves 4
