  1. 1 cup 237ml Consomme - or 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Beef bouillon

  2. 1 cup 237ml Red wine

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Soy sauce

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Green onions - sliced

  5. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Garlic - minced

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  1. Score steak on both sides in 1-1/2" squares.

  2. Marinate in other stuff 8 hrs. in refrigerator.

  3. Grill to desired degree of doneness. Slice across grain into thin slices.
