  1. 1 tbsp ghee

  2. 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats

  3. 1/2 cup pineapple puree

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. 1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers for the garnish

  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the oats and sauté till they turn light brown in colour while stirring continuously.

  2. Add the pineapple purée and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring continuously.

  3. Add the sugar, milk and ½ cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes or till the liquid evaporates.

  4. Serve hot garnished with almonds.
