  1. 1 can Spam

  2. 8 hard boiled egg s

  3. Mayonnaise to coat

  4. 2 T. mustard

  5. minced onion , optional

  6. Croissants

  7. Want to make a half batch, use 1/2 can of Spam with six egg s.

  1. Cut Spam into egg-size pieces. Run eggs and Spam through an egg slicer, turning egg/Spam once and slice through a second time.

  2. Add mayonnaise to coat, add mustard and mix well.

  3. Serve on croissant-type bread or rolls.
