  1. Hamburger Soup

  2. 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

  3. 1 medium onion, chopped

  4. 1 cup sliced pared carrots

  5. 1 cup sliced celery

  6. 1 cup sliced cabbage

  7. 6 oz can tomato paste

  8. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  9. 3 cups beef broth

  10. In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, carrots, celery,

  11. and cabbage. Combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef

  12. broth. Add to Crock-Pot and stir to blend. Cover and cook on Low

  13. 8 to 10 hours or on High setting for 3 to 4 hours.
