  1. Crust

  2. 1 cup 30g / 1.1oz Crushed plain croutons

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Margarine - melted

  4. Cheesecake

  5. 1 packet Unflavored gelatin

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  7. 16 oz 454g Philadelphia cream cheese - softened

  8. 8 oz 227g Braunschweiger or liver sausage

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Pimiento - chopped

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Onion - grated

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared mustard

  13. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon juice

  1. Combine croutons and margarine; press onto bottom of 9" Springform pan. Bake at 350F, 10 minutes.

  2. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and braunschweiger, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crust. Chill until firm. Remove rim of pan.
