  2. 1 pint cherry tomatoes -- (about 20)

  3. 1 package cream cheese -- softened (8 oz.)

  4. 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

  5. 1 dash onion powder

  6. 4 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled

  7. Fresh parsley sprigs

  1. Wash tomatoes thoroughly. Cut a thin slice from top of each tomato;

  2. carefullyscoop out pulp, leaving the shells intact. Reserve pulp for other uses.

  3. Invert shells to drain 30 minutes.

  4. Combine next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at low speed of anelectricmixer until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture into tomato shells, andgarnish each with parsley.
