  1. 2 C cranberries

  2. Juice & zest of 1 orange

  3. 1/4 C port wine

  4. 1/2 C sugar (or more, to taste)

  5. 1 tsp cinnamon (start with 1/2 tsp and add as desired)

  6. 1 Tbsp cornstarch

  1. In a saucepan, combine all but the cornstarch. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until cranberries are tender, stirring occasionally.

  2. In a small cup, combine the cornstarch with 1 Tbsp of water. Whisk cornstarch mixture into the cranberry mixture and cook, whisking until the sauce thickens. Taste and add sugar and/or cinnamon if necessary.
