  1. 6 ounces Vegetable oil

  2. 1 1/2 pounds Onions; coarsely chopped

  3. 1 1/4 pounds Potatoes; diced

  4. 1 pounds Carrots; diced

  5. 1 pounds Celery; sliced

  6. 1 can Chef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar Cheese Sauce (#10 can)

  7. 2 cups Beer

  8. 1 quart Chicken stock

  9. 1 1/4 pounds Mixed Vegetables; frozen

  10. teaspoon Paprika

  11. teaspoon White Pepper

  12. teaspoon Liquid Smoke flavor 2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped

  1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

  3. Makes 25 one cup servings.
