  1. Cajun Bayou Chicken

  2. 1/2 cup lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

  4. 3 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  5. 2 pounds fresh chicken

  6. 1 gallon zippered storage bag

  7. Combine liquid ingredients and spices in bag to create marinade.

  8. Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, bake, broil

  9. or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked. Refrigerate

  10. leftovers.
