  1. 2 small onions, chopped

  14. 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and drain any liquid from veggies. Transfer to

  16. 3/4 cup cheese and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered in oven at

  17. 350 F until cheese is melted. (15- 20 minutes)
