  2. 1 onion, chopped

  4. 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  5. 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika

  6. 1/2 cup pinto beans

  7. 1/2 cup northern beans

  8. 1/2 cup kidney beans

  9. 1/2 cup red lentils

  10. 5 cups water

  11. 1 bay leaf

  12. 1 teaspoon celery seed

  13. 1 teaspoon dill weed

  14. 2 teaspoons salt

  15. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  16. 1 knorr vegetarian boullion cube

  17. 2 cups cubed potatoes, carrots, or both

  1. Saute onion, garlic in oil along with paprika.

  2. Put all ingredients in slow cooker.

  3. Simmer on high for about 4 hours.
