  1. 1/2 cup Egg Beaters

  2. cup Sugar

  3. OR cup Sugar

  4. AND 3 pk Sweet 'n Low

  5. cup Brown sugar

  6. OR cup Brown sugar

  7. AND 2 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low Brown

  8. cup Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip

  9. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  10. 1 teaspoon Bakinf soda

  11. 2 cups Flour

  12. cup Mrs. Richardsons or Kroger fatfree caramel topping

  13. 1 cup Braum's or Mrs. Richardson's fatfree fudge topping

  14. 1 cup Grape Nuts cereal

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Cream Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Set aside 1 cup of the batter.

  2. Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with carames and fudge toppings. Sprinkle Grape Nuts over this. Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the Grape Nuts. continue baking 12-15 minutes or until evenly browned.

  3. Cool; cut into squares. These can be served alone as cookie bars or warm with fatfree ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
