  1. 2 tbsps maple syrup

  2. 2 tbsps orange juice concentrate

  3. 1 tsp finely chopped seeded chipotle with

  4. 1/2; tsp adobo

  5. 4 (1 1/2-cm thick) center cut pork loin cutlets (about 250g each)

  6. 1/2; tsps salt

  1. Chipotle orange glazed pork chops 1) In a small bowl combine the maple syrup, orange juice concentrate and chipotle.

  2. Preheat griddle pan. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with salt. Brush 1 side of chops generously with glaze.

  3. Place on grill pan glaze side down. Brush other side with glaze. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Allow the chop to rest 5 minutes before serving.
