  1. 1 lb. ground turkey

  2. 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms

  3. 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  4. 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

  5. 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves

  6. 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

  7. 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  9. 4 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese

  10. 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  11. 1/3 cup cranberry sauce

  12. 4 split whole wheat sandwich buns

  13. 2 Tbsp. butter

  1. Prepare and heat grill. Combine turkey, mushrooms, bread crumbs, onion, sage, thyme and salt in large bowl and mix gently. Form into four patties.

  2. Grill 4-6" from medium high coals for 10-15 minutes until burgers are no longer pink in center, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from grill, add cheese slices, cover and let stand 4-5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, spread cut sides of buns with butter and grill for 1-2 minutes on grilling surface until toasted. In small bowl, combine mustard and cranberry sauce and serve with burgers on buns.
