    1. 5 Sweet onions, sliced

    2. 12 Ritz crackers, crushed

    3. 1 lb Sausage meat, browned in a

    4. -skillet and drained

    5. 1/2 ts Salt

    6. 1/4 ts Seasoning salt

    7. 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup

    8. 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, grated

    9. 1 sm Jar pimento pepper

    1. Put half the onions in bottom if 12 x 7 inch dish.

    2. Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top of onions.

    3. Add Sausage meat.

    4. On top of this put the rest of the onions.

    5. Pour cream of mushroom soup over all this; add salt and seasoning salt.

    6. Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimento.

    7. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for an hour.
