  2. 1 cup small curd cottage cheese

  3. 1/3 cup skinless, boneless flaked smoked salmon or other smoked fish

  4. 2 small tomatoes, chopped

  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

  6. 1/4 cup chopped parsley Salt Freshly ground black pepper Toasted bagels, English muffins or sourdough bread, hot

  1. Combine cheeses in a bowl using an electric mixer. Stir in smoked fish, tomatoes, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Chill until serving. Spread on toasted bagels, English muffins or sourdough bread.
