  1. for Mexican Rice Pudding

  2. 2 cups cooked rice

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  5. 2 quarts whole milk

  6. 2 cinnamon sticks

  7. 1 tablespoon vanilla

  1. Bring whole milk to a boil and add the cinnamon sticks.

  2. Stir in the rice, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat and add the milk and sugar. Stir until well incorporated.

  4. Return to heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla. .
