  1. 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese

  2. 8 ounces diced green chiles

  3. 1/2 cup scallions

  4. 1 tablespoon garlic

  5. 8 ounces canned tomatoes

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

  1. Preparation : 1. Combine ingredients in a food processor process until finely chopped.

  2. Pour into a saucepan and place over a low flame, heat and stir to melt cheese.

  3. Transfer to a chafing dish or fondue pot and serve hot.
