  1. 12 ounces white tuna in water, drained

  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 cup celery, chopped fine

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine

  5. 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  6. 3/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar

  7. 1 pinch salt

  8. 1 pinch black pepper

  9. 8 slices ripe tomato

  10. 8 slices Swiss cheese

  11. 8 slices of bread

  1. Instructions Preheat your broiler. Place the tuna in a large bowl and break apart with a fork. Add in the mayo, celery, onion, parsley, and vinegar and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place several slices of your preferred bread on a baking sheet and place in oven for one minute. Take out of oven and top with tuna salad. Layer a slice of cheese and tomato on top of the tuna, followed by another slice of cheese. Place back under broiler for 3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Remove from oven and top with remaining bread, then heat again for 2 more minutes.
